Administration Assistant / Receptionist | Lismore
Complete Staff Solutions are currently recruiting for a full time Administration Assistant/Receptionist position as part of a small team in a friendly and community-focused membership-based organisation servicing rural members from their office located in Lismore, Northern NSW.
The position will involve:
- Provision of general administrative assistance to the management team
- Responding to phone, email and in-person enquiries
- Maintain Database and mailing lists
- Arrange meetings, accommodation and travel
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable
- Collate receipts, credit card transactions and maintain petty cash
- Provide high quality professional and friendly service
To be successful in the position you will need to meet the following criteria:
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service
- Demonstrated experience in busy administration\reception position
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Sound knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- High level of accuracy for data entry
- Diploma or Cert IV in Business Administration or relevant experience
This is a full-time position with an immediate start for the successful candidate.
