About the role


We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer focused individual to join our team as a Receptionist. Based in Oakleigh, your customer-facing role is an integral part of us providing exceptional customer service to everyone, every day.

Key responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Meeting and greeting our customers into our Dealership
  • Managing reception including all incoming calls
  • General Administration duties
  • Managing the mail, couriers and deliveries
  • General housekeeping
