Torque Recruitment are seeking an Mobilisations / Recruitment officer to assist for a Solar Farm Project in Susan River for a contract position untill the end of 2018!

Responsibilities included but no limited to:

Recruiting and interview personnel for site
Manage site entry / mobilisation requirements
Booking flights, bus manifests, accommodation, drug and alcohol testing and vehicles
Ordering PPE and conduct stock takes
Check and confirm labour lists
Manage and coordinate all site administration paperwork
Update employee/ project information on databases

To be successful in the role you will have:

Experience in the Mining/Engineering/Construction industry
Strong verbal and written communication
Very good time management, organisation and coordination experience
Ability to work independently and in a team
