Client Service Officer - Contract to June 30th 2019

The Company:
With more than 20 years' experience the Apprenticeship Support Australia (ASA) as a part of the NSW Business Chamber are a market leader in providing support services to the Australian Government's Apprenticeship and Traineeship scheme to businesses across NSW,ACT and Qld.
The Role:
Recently named an Employer of Choice, the NSW Business Chamber (NSWBC) is seeking a Client Support Officer to focus on the administration of Australian Apprenticeship/Traineeship data and documentation.
Your excellent attention to detail and ability to see tasks through to conclusion will be essential in this administrative-based role.
Key Responsibilities of the Role include:
- Provide administration support in accordance with Australian Apprenticeships Support Services operational guidelines
- Maintain data integrity of Company databases
- Following up all outstanding completion paperwork evidence with employers and ASA account managers
- Maintain quality standards
- Maintain confidentiality of employers/Australian Apprentice information
- Liaise with employers, Australian Apprentices and Industry field Consultants regarding Australian Apprenticeships' paperwork.
- Service incoming client enquiries
- Seek to resolve and refer to appropriate person customer complaints as they arise.
- General administration tasks and ad-hoc duties as required
About you:
- Be able to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Competent with MS Office - Outlook, Word & Excel
- Possess strong attention to detail and ability to see tasks through to conclusion
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
- Ability to maintain confidentiality required by the position at all times
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate organisational and time management expertise
- Demonstrate a service oriented approach and a positive attitude
- Be an enthusiastic and proactive team member
