ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Corporate Administrator to work at our Head Office in a part time role, three days a week. 

DUTIES

  • Corporate and Executive Support.
  • MYOB data entry and reporting.
  • Accounts payable/receivable.
  • Organising domestic and international travel.
  • Property administration to the company's small investment property portfolio.

This is part time position and we are looking for someone who can preferably start immediately.

Specifically you must have:

  • Appropriate image and personal presentation.
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • MYOB Software knowledge and experience.
  • Good organisational skills, ability to prioritise and multitask.
  • Experience in organising events.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite as well as general knowledge of typical office applications.   
  • Attention to detail and strong problem solving skills.

Desirable (but not mandatory):

  • Prior Property Management exposure to leasing and managing Residential and Commercial properties.
