What you'll be doing
The Aboriginal Administration Trainee is required to complete the traineeship by successful completion of the Certificate III Health Administration and supported on the job training.
The Aboriginal Administration Trainee will be the front line person of the Shoalhaven District Memorial Hospital by providing exceptional telephone and reception services.

- Be of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander Descent. This is a targeted Aboriginal Position. Preference will be given to applicants of Aboriginal descent. Exemption is claimed under Part 9A, Section 122J of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977.
- Have not attained a certificate II or above in any discipline.
- A commitment to successfully completing the Aboriginal Administration Traineeship. Including achieving a Certificate III in Health Administration and on the job training program.
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service environment.
- Demonstrated basic computer skills and the ability to develop them further.
- Demonstrated ability to acquire new skills and knowledge.
