We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated trainee to be enrolled in Certificate III or IV in Business Administration.
Please note: People who have completed a Certificate IV or higher in any qualification are not eligible for this apply position.
The position supports administrative operations to ensure the ongoing efficiency of IMVC activities, while overseeing the smooth and efficient operation of the IMVC reception area. Experience is not essential but attention to detail, sound communication, computer, and numeracy skills are required.

Key Selection Criteria
The ideal applicant will have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including a mature and professional approach to customer service
- Excellent presentation skills, and is confident and attentive to clients
- Strong computer skills including the ability to use MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and the internet
- Excellent attention to detail, and ability to feedback issues to management in a professional manner
- Ability to organise and prioritise tasks, problem solve, and ask questions when needing further clarification
