Part Time Administration Assistant
A well established dynamic and progressive Accounting Firm based in Heidelberg is currently seeking an Administration Assistant to join our team. This is a Part Time position and encompasses a wide variety of Administration responsibilities.
Primary responsibilities include:
Answering incoming calls, forwarding calls and taking messages
Meeting and greeting visitors and clients
Coordinating mail and couriers
Coordinating correspondence, typing letters and using word processing software
Collection and coordinating information material and internal mail for distribution
Scanning documents in a paperless environment.
Selection criteria:
Experience using Xero software and Reception and Administration experience an advantage
PC experience required but not limited to Word; Excel; Outlook
Excellent typing skills (50-100 wpm), strong communication and listening skills
Confident, friendly and professional phone manner
Excellent organisational and time management skills
