This opportunity to join our Project Administration team is due to exciting new clients that have just come on board. This critical team support Grosvenor’s Project Teams and National Clients so they receive accurate and timely information to ensure we meet and exceed our contractual obligations. You’ll contribute to this by maintaining client databases, providing periodic and adhoc reports, assisting with tender submissions and other project related tasks.

What do you need to be successful?

  • Previous experience in an Office Administrator position, preferably in the building services industry
  • Well-developed verbal and written communications skills
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Exceptional organisational, including ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Demonstrate a positive, proactive, professional approach with a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of your work
  • A sense of curiosity and fun!!
