The Role
We are recruiting a Receptionist and Administration Assistant for our Queensland team, based in the Brisbane office. In this role the successful candidate will have a variety of responsibilities including handling reception, data entry for our event program, troubleshooting for our many members and providing general administrative support to the office.
About You
This role will suit someone who has at least one years' experience in reception or administration.
You will have excellent communication and customer service skills with a polished and professional phone manner. You will need to be able to respond quickly in a fast-paced environment, have strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. You will take your initiative and proactively seek and recommend ways to improve processes and follow them. You will be a team player with a can-do attitude who enjoys working with people to achieve positive, member focused outcomes.
