A unique opportunity has arisen within the company and we are currently seeking applications for the following position based at our Sydney Office.

Warranty and Service Administrator

The Service Department is responsible for the delivery of technical and product support assistance and advice to both internal and external customers. The task of the Service Administrator is multifunctional, incorporating scheduling, allocation/prioritisation of internal machine builds, warranty and WKSP revenue repairs.

The productive alliance of this position with sales, parts, accounts, workshop leading hands, field service coordinators, outside contractors and customers is essential to the success of our business service commitments.

Your responsibilities will include;

  • Raise job cards for Workshop (After Sales Managers)
  • Raise purchase orders
  • Costing to machine builds – PO and allocation of man hrs.
  • Close all Workshop and Field service jobs and associated paperwork. Invoice and file
  • Collate info from job sheets and time sheets etc. (Internal-External.)
  • Collate and supply completed time sheets to after sales managers weekly.
  • WIP – management
  • Reconciliation of contractor invoices
  • Warranty process and submission

Job Criteria;

  • Minimum Year 11 education
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Experience in service and after sales environment
  • Parts experience an advantage
  • Previous job scheduling and data entry an advantage
  • Warranty processing would be an advantage
  • Computer literacy with a high standard of proficiency in word & excel is essential in order to carry out this role

The following would be advantageous;

  • Proven ability to deal with contractors and other branch/department staff
  • Background in construction or similar industries.

The role is casual however full time will be considered.
