An exciting full-time opportunity is now available for a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our close knit customer service / administration team based in Murarrie.
In this diverse role, you will liaise with customers and corporate clients, make outbound progress update calls, receive inbound enquires via phone and email and assist with general administration tasks.
This is a full-time opportunity and the standard work hours will be 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Receive and handle inbound calls from a diverse customer base
- Create a memorable experience for our clients and customers
- Assist customers and corporate clients with specific enquiries
- Provide a high level of personalised customer service
- Manage client relationships and correspondence
- Work varying programs and portals at any one time
- Register incoming jobs immediately and correctly using internal software
- Schedule daily bookings for our estimators across Queensland
- Complete submission of client reports and quotations
- Issue residential and commercial building contracts to customers, including processing and review of returned signed contracts
- Receptionist duties will be conducted on rotation
- Strong customer service background
- Prior experience in an office based role
- Confident and professional phone manner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and achieve KPI’s
- Strong computer literacy
- Positive attitude and a desire to go above and beyond to deliver high quality customer service
- Background in a call centre environment advantageous, however not essential
- Previous experience in the insurance or construction industry advantageous, however not essential
