Aged care resort in Mornington hiring a Reception and Admin is seeking a permanent employee.

Your new role
You will be responsible for, Reception, Administration, Qaulity Assistance
- Answering incoming calls
- Meet and greet patients
- Schedule appointments
- Respond efficiently to email and web-based communication.
- Prepare new patients documents and create new patient files
- General administration duties on an ad-hoc basis
- Maintaining a clean and tidy front office
- Manage the meetings and prepare for meetings
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous reception experience required
- Professional presentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Previous software use
- Experience within a fast paced medical facility
- Previous knowledge of Microsoft Office systems
- Proven ability to multi-task and prioritise responsibilities
