We are looking for a professional and enthusiastic person who has a near enough isn't good enough approach to life to provide reception and administration duties for our business.  As the first point of contact for goa you will have a cheerful personality, excellent presentation and strong interpersonal skills. The position will be challenging and varied and you will need to have a common sense approach and a desire to learn new tasks that will enable you to assist multiple departments within the business whilst maintaining a busy and professional front of house.

The duties of the role include;

  • Reception duties (managing and directing all incoming calls)
  • Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
  • Co-ordinating internal meetings, including room bookings, catering and room presentation
  • Maintaining inventory of business supplies (stationery and kitchen)
  • Daily activities including, mail, banking, petty cash, filing and archiving
  • Maintaining common areas of the office
  • Providing administrative, data entry and general office support to all departments

To be considered for this role you will need to meet and demonstrate the following criteria;

  • A love of reception and general office duties
  • Be well presented with a professional, friendly and confident phone manner
  • Show you have initiative, a willingness to learn, and an eye for detail
  • Be able to multi-task the daily duties of reception whilst offering support to others
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be highly proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Can work as part of a team or own your own
  • Have a minimum typing speed of 60 wpm with a high level of accuracy
  • Have good time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise
  • Be highly organised and can get the job done efficiently and accurately
  • Have a good sense of humour
  • Hold a current driver’s licence and have own transport
