The Appointment
Due to an increase in workload as a result of new projects, this temp to perm opportunity will see you responsible for a variety of project duties including but not limited to:

• Project administration and coordination
• Formatting large documents in Word/Excel
• Coordinating tender process and documentation
• Liaising with subcontractors
• General administrative support to the wider team
• Document control
• Office filing and archiving where required
• Assisting with the on-boarding and recruitment process 
• General administrative support to the team as required 

The Appointee
This high performing business is looking for a skilled and reliable Project Administrator that has had recent project administration experience, ideally within Construction, Engineering, Infrastructure or Mining.  In addition to being organised with highly accurate and efficient data entry and MS Excel & Word skills, your friendly and cheerful disposition with a can-do attitude will see you excel within this robust team environment.
