About the roles:

As the Receptionist, you will be required to ensure that our client’s customers receive the utmost service and leave with an impeccable first impression of the organisation.

You will be required to:

  • Confidently and professionally answer the telephone and pass on messages where appropriate
  • Meet and greet clients, offering refreshments when required
  • Ensure the reception area is neat and tidy at all times
  • Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
  • Liaise with couriers and other third parties, including building management

About you:

To be considered for these roles, you will be a passionate and engaging Receptionist who is confident to work across a variety of industries and hit the ground running. You will be capable of working autonomously in fast paced environments and using your initiative to solve problems.

You will also have the following demonstrable skills and experience:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience working within a Reception or Front of House role where you have dealt with a high volume of phone calls and customer service
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office, including Excel and Outlook
  • The ability to hit the ground running in a fast paced environment
  • A no job is too small attitude and the ability to stay calm in stressful situations
