Our client is a small business with a national presence located in the cbd. The team is going through a busy period and require some assistance alleviating a demanding workload. Long term opportunities do exist for the right candidate, however this is a short term opportunity leading up to Christmas with potential to re commence in February 2019.
This role is part time, temporary and requires an immediately available Administrator. For the right candidate there may be some longer term opportunities based on performance in the role. The role requires someone who is hands on, able to use their initiative and is available with short notice.
Key responsibilities:
- Data entry and administration duties
- "Can do" attitude
- Processing documentation orders
- Filing and scanning
- Using the ERP system
Key requirements:
- Ability to display experience in Administration
- Experience in financial services or events based organisation
- High attention to detail
- Willingness to learn
- Adaptable nature
- Experience with MS Suite and ERP System
- Available on a part time basis
- Drivers license
- Must be available immediately
