Your new company

This successful company located in the Sutherland Shire is a waste management business that provides a supportive working environment. The organisation is currently looking for an experienced office administrator who can effectively and efficiently offer support to a busy team.

Your new role

Due to growth within the business an Office Administration role has become available, your role will include but is not limited to:

  • You will be the first point of contact and deal with all correspondence, phone calls and emails.
  • Managing diaries and organising meetings
  • Diary and meeting room management
  • KPI reporting, internal reporting and management reporting.
  • Payroll
  • Management of purchase orders
  • Ordering of all uniforms and stationary
  • Liaising between customers, management and suppliers.
  • Assisting with personal tasks
  • Various other miscellaneous tasks to support the team


What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in a similar role for at least 3 years
  • Experience in a waste management industry is preferred
  • A successful candidate will possess problem solving skills, a high level of computer literacy including advanced Microsoft office skills.
  • Ability to manage a small customer service team
  • Ability to work in a high paced environment
  • Your positive attitude and your ability to prioritise and multitask duties will help define your future with the company.
  • Have excellent time management and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
