people2people are working closely with the NSW Government who are seeking a Facilities Administrator on a three month assignment located in Sydney CBD for an immediate start.THE ROLE
This role will be a general administration role, with some property officer tasks involved to support the Facilities and HR team. Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Reception cover and answering phone calls
- Investigating property issues and organising trades people to solve these issues
- Looking after meeting rooms, including AV equipment
- Setting up new PCs
- Distribution of documents around the office
- General ad-hoc tasks (filing, photocopying)
ABOUT YOU
To be Eligible for this role you must:
- Previous experience in Administration role, particularly with facilities management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with CM9 advantageous
- Vibrant, energetic, can-do attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritise
