Our Client
We are currently assisting a national member’s organisation, which supports the ongoing professional development of medical professionals in Australia and New Zealand. Priding themselves on their community awareness and genuine commitment to ongoing patient health outcomes.
The Role
In this short term contract role you will be covering extended leave on a part time basis, the preferred hours being Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Here, you will support the Adelaide office to facilitate interaction with the organisation’s wider branch network. As the sole position based in the office, this role will offer high level within the key duties as outlined below:
- Organising stationary orders, facility issues and front of house management
- Sorting, directing and responding queries from members and internal staff
- Coordinating board meetings including preparing documents and minute taking
- Internal event coordination, including setting up meeting rooms, catering and logistics
The Person
To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated experience operating as an Office Manager previously and be confident/comfortable in running the operations of the office. You will be proactive in your approach to problem solving and as well as professional and respectful in your approach.
