Receptionist/Accounts Officer
Our client based in the CBD are currently seeking an experienced Receptionist/Accounts Officer. The position is a multi-function role, providing an initial point of contact for callers, visitors, clients and employees to the organisation, whilst incorporating Accounts Officer duties where you will be responsible for recording financial transactions and maintaining accurate records.
Reporting to the Finance Manager your duties will include:
• Meet and greet all visitors, clients and callers
• Maintain mail/invoice register, receipt of payments, prepare banking
• Order office supplies and stationery requirements
• Debtor receipting
• Creditor payments and expenses
• Reconciliations/end of month
Skills and Experience:
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Experience using MYOB or similar accounting software
• Certificate II in Business Admin and/or relevant experience
• Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills
