Project Administrator - Commercial Construction

An opportunity exists for an experienced Project Administrator to join their close knit and passionate team where you will provide superior administrative support to the Project Managers
 
In this varied and autonomous role responsibilities will include;

• Preparation of job files 
• Subcontract preparation
• Coordinate the day to day running of projects including workflow and trade coordination
• Assisting with the preparation and formatting of tenders
• Maintaining site registers, staff inductions, on boarding of new contractors
• Accounts assistance including accounts payable, purchase orders and invoicing
• Maintaining staff and project listings

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following;

• Previous experience in a similar role within the construction sector
• Exposure to contracts administration
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to work towards deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels
• Solid IT skills including intermediate to advanced MS Office suite
