We are currently recruiting a Part Time Administration and Payroll Support Officer to provide Administration and Support services to the business ensuring business administration and support tasks are carried out in a timely manner and to sufficient quality. The Administration Trainee must maintain a professional, positive and friendly company image at all times.

Duties:

Administrative Support – filing, scanning, opening mail, PA Support, diary coordination, maintain files, contractor coordination, management of relevant insurances and renewals, preparation of Candidate Submissions and Representation Agreements, booking travel and accommodation and ensuring relevant Visa status to those countries of travel, communication via email, letter, telephone calls and any other business communication methods, meeting and workshop facilitation, producing minutes of meetings, document control, developing templates, sourcing of candidates, adding candidates to Candidate Management System, administration of NPA Central and candidate exporting and importing.  Duties may change to suit business requirements.
Accounting Support – reconciling transactions in Xero, producing month end Profit and Loss reports, review of incoming bills and invoices and preparation of outgoing invoices. Duties may change to suit business requirements.
Media –  administration of social media accounts and website, writing of blogs and media releases, marketing development and preparation and posting of Job Adverts. Duties may change to suit business requirements.

Knowledge and Skills

(Preferred:) Microsoft Office programs, Xero, marketing, social media administration, familiar with current office technologies

Experience -  12 months
