About the role

Reporting into the Administration Manager you will provide high quality customer service to internal and external customers. The position will also require the coordinating of all aspects of the successful return of injured workers to their pre-injury duties by working with the staff, various external providers and developing appropriate rehabilitation strategies.

Duties

  • Respond to queries from customers, internal and external in a prompt, professional manner
  • Apply industry and business based knowledge and skills to resolve customer queries
  • Actively support and participate in quality management procedures and practices
  • Comply with Toll Transport policies and procedures, Employee Handbook and the Customer Service Code of Practice
  • Other general administrative and freight office duties as required
  • Carry out administrative tasks assisting the effective operation of the return to work function
  • Maintain records of all injuries and illness occurring in the workplace in accordance with legislative requirements
  • Keep accurate case notes of all workers compensation claims stored electronically in the Toll Injury Management system
  • Liaise with Regional Injury Management Advisor Qld to facilitate early intervention to all injuries

Skills & Experience

  • High level knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Previous experience in a Safety or Compliance position highly regarded
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Personal standards of honesty and integrity
  • Service oriented in regard to dealing with clients
  • A pleasant and co-operative telephone manner, with a very high level of communication skills
