At Green leaves Early Learning Centres, we take pride in building innovative and sustainable learning environments and practices in our state of the art, purpose built centres. It’s an exciting time in our business, with further growth planned with 5 more centres planned to open by the end of 2018. To help support this growth, we are looking for a passionate and driven Operations Support Administrator to join our National Support Office in Murarrie, Brisbane on a Maternity leave contract with potential growth.

Reporting to the National Operations Manager, this 12 month maternity leave cover will see you working closely with a number of Operational Support Managers and the Customer Care Team to ensure we maintain a high level of support to our centres and parents nationally. 

Day to day, you will be involved in submitting uniform orders, booking company travel, submitting and following up Service Approval Applications, Supporting the Customer Care Team, using various CRM’s and systems, completing and following up funding applications and supporting the National Operations Manager.

Ideally, you will have:

  • A strong background or understanding of the early childhood sector
  • Prior experience in a similar administrator or operations role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven organisational skills
  • Experience in a leadership role or aspirations to manage and lead others
  • Experience with various systems such as Qikkids, ACECQA, Salesforce and  Proda

You will be:

  • A professional operator who can effectively build relationships at different levels
  • Be systems minded and willing to be the go to on all things CRM
  • Highly organised to ensure efficient and effective support to our Operations and Customer Care Team
  • Work with flexibility in a busy and developing environment
  • A team player with a ‘can do’ attitude who is happy to muck in to help and support the team
