Our client is a leading Residential builder and development company; responsible for developments across Australia's eastern seaboard. Courtesy of our clients' on-going growth they are searching for a Contracts Administrator to assist with contract work flow and expedition, together with colour selection at their Gold Coast office.

The role liaises with all stakeholders associated with the sales process; acting as the single point of contact for all contracts related enquiry and activity within the business. A fast paced role, you will liaise with external sales facilitators and contract stakeholders expediting contract work flow and provide contracts administration support to the internal sales team, assisting in the creation on contract documentation and job files. You will also assist with colour selection, working closely with clients'.
Ideally you will have a minimum of 2 years' experience working in a similar capacity with another builder. A strong emphasis will be placed on your work ethic, communication skills and knowledge of the construction and contracts process.
