As part of a group of awesome over achievers, your mission is to be the admin ninja who is glue that holds the smooth running of the business together. It’s a simple mission but a super important one! Your greatest chnace of completing is to have jewellery knowledge. You do? Read On!

Here's what your average day will look like:

• 08:15 > Stroll into the showroom with a coffee and bacon and egg roll, ready to take on the diamond world (we eat a lot here!)
• 08:30 > You've said hello to the amazing team of onsite jewellers and your equally amazing team mates, your lunch is in the fridge, you’re sitting at your own desk with your own computer and you are ready to rock it!
• 09:30 > A daily huddle meeting is happening, and the brainstorming is awesome! You are giving your feedback to the sales team and reporting on where the workshop is up to and you’re feeling in total control of the day. Plus, you’ve put your hand up and you know who you can lean on for support today if you need!
• 12:30 > You’ve answered client enquiries, you’ve nailed all the emails that have come through and you’ve typed up 5 valuations! You’re on fire!! Quick break for lunch out in Queen Street Mall and then back to the hustle!
• 13:30 > You start tackling the goals you set for yourself at the daily huddle and you are killing it. You’re feeling creative, so you start to take some pictures of the jewellery for social media. You’re feeling pretty good about yourself – and so you should, you’re nailing it!!
• 14:30 > You are on a roll now and are pumping out valuations, thank you cards to previous clients, ordering diamonds and chatting to suppliers and you are the workshop are really in sync - even the Managing Director is noticing how on point you are! High five to you!
• 15:30 > Knowing that there’s always some late clients, you are out in the showroom making sure it looks flawless, the whisky bar is stocked and there is champagne and wine chilling in the bar fridge.
• 17:00 > Before you head off for the day, a google review comes in from a client you spoke to… "Wow, I just love my engagement ring and the experience was amazing, I’m going to recommend you to all my friends and family’ Your team mates celebrate with you and you all grab a drink from the bar, maybe you even decide to head down to Vapianos for a quick pizza? (boss’ shout of course!)
• It has been a busy day and you’ve got stuff done! Time to knock off and feel proud and happy that you have managed an office and a workshop and there is one less ugly engagement ring in the world because of the awesome work you do.

• Happy to work in a small and slightly eccentric team, ranging from a city princess to a Harley riding comic book lover to a crazy Liverpool fan!  We may seem a little mad, but we are highly driven professionals who strive to achieve.  
• Passionate about creating magically memories for clients. We live to serve people and everything we do is for our clients. There is no eye rolling and bitching about difficult clients here!
•  Positive and always looking to learn and grow. We don’t rest on being great at what we already know, we want to move up, seek more, be more and create more
• 100% all about taking responsibility for your own stuff! We don’t mind failure here as we think that when you fail you learn and grow! What we do mind is throwing people under the bus!
