Customer service clerk
Carpet Call is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our customer service team at our Seven Hills head office.
The position description includes but is not limited to:
- Customer Service
- Providing support to sales staff
- Bookings and liaising installations with our customers
- Timely & Accurately processing of invoices
- Stock management and ordering
- Processing Payments
- Data Entry
Full training will be provided for the right candidate however experience in any of the above criteria will be a strong asset.
Working hours are 8.30 am - 5.00 pm Monday to Friday. Wednesday finishing 5.30 pm.
Employees are required to work one Saturday morning for a short time, each month for stock take purposes (paid)
This role is critical interface position between our sale staff and customers...our business is 100% customer focused and this role demands a candidate who understands the priority and importance of the most important part of our business...THE CUSTOMER
