Our client is a top-tier planning and environmental law firm who are known for their end to end service delivery. They provide advice and advocacy on all town planning, environmental and approval processes.
This is a newly created role that will report directly to the CEO. Your remit will be to support and mentor the administration team whilst ensuring key operational tasks are completed in line with expectations.
Key responsibilities will include the following:
- Overseeing the financials for the CEO, some debtor management
- Supplier contracts and negotiations
- Insurance negotiations including PI and legal
- Ensuring CPD is undertaken and compliance is up to date
- Working with external IT provider
- Leadership of Administration team which includes performance and development reviews and induction.
- Ensure a solid framework of HR practice for the firm with reviews on policy and procedures as required
- Ad hoc projects assisting the CEO as directed
