About the Company
Our Client, is a Tier 1 Company in the Construction Industry.
They are seeking an Administration Assistant to join their team.
They are very busy and need someone that can cope with dead lines and a high volume of work.
About the Role
Monday to Friday 8 am - 5:00 pm
Within this role you will perform a variety of administrative duties. You will enjoy being part of this successful organisation who offer a great team environment, flexibility and an interesting role.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Database maintenance
- Docket entry
- Invoice reconciliation
- Raising Dockets for Plant Machinery
- Follow up requests to ensure submission received before closing time
- Checking each quote in comparison to request
- Phoning Contractors regarding Invoices
- Purchase Orders
- Collate file documents, PDF then submit
- Filing all relevant documents including scanning
- Ad hoc duties to support the team
You will be perfect for this role if you have the following skills/attributes:
- Experience or knowledge of the construction industry highly regarded but not essential
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Solid computer skills in MSOffice
- Great communication skills
- Team player attitude – willing to help other team members!
- Must have own transport
