An exciting part-time opportunity exists for an Executive Assistant to work within HP’s Marketing Team.

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant reporting directly to our Head of Marketing. This role is all about providing support and assisting with day-to-day operational tasks. You will coordinate with different stakeholders, manage complex calendars and be across many different exciting marketing campaigns and events. 

Role Description:

Provide support to the Head of Marketing and the team as required:

•    Handling emails

•    Diary and time management duties - coordinating and arranging meetings across multiple time zones

•    Travel arrangements both domestic and international

•    Expense management, purchasing, reconciliations and invoicing

•    Ad hoc Administrative support - preparing documents, note taking, etc

Requirements:

•    Previous experience as an Executive Assistant (2 years desirable)

•    Be highly organised, have strong time management skills, and can prioritise and execute multiple tasks effectively

•    Have excellent attention to detail

•    Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

•    Highly competent with Microsoft Suite – Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook

•    Positive, proactive attitude
