The Company

Our client is a reputable business based centrally on the Sunshine Coast. Specialising in Surveying, Town Planning and Land Development Consultancy, they have a current need for a highly skilled and dedicated PA / Administration Assistant to join their supportive team of industry experts.


The Position

Providing general administration support and excellent customer service to staff and clients, your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide administration assistance to all staff including ad-hoc PA support to Directors
  • Manage subscriptions and memberships for employees
  • Reception duties including taking incoming calls and enquiries, postage deliveries and electronic and hard filing
  • Data entry of timesheets and disbursements into Latitude
  • Assist with ongoing requirements and processes related to the Integrated Management System
  • Manage resources to assist all staff including ordering stationary and office supplies, collecting mail daily and keeping the office tidy

The Successful Applicant

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Extensive experience in Administration / Personal Assistant roles is mandatory
  • Demonstrated success and experience in a busy, fast paced, customer service focused environment
  • Experience working in Surveying, Town Planning and Land Development is advantageous
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and databases, accurate typing and data entry skills with the ability to format documents and create in-depth spreadsheets
  • Strong customer service, attention to detail, time management and a high level of administration skills is essential
  • Ability to multitask, learn new programs and be versatile in the role
  • Have a cheerful disposition who is helpful and willing to assist and support staff and clients
  • Hold a current Drivers Licence with reliable transport
