Jinding Real Estate & Australia Jinding Group are now seeking the 'Best of the Best' Front Desk Administrators to ensure the coordination of all of our office locations function efficiently, professionally and to the highest possible standards.


Working across multiple CBD locations, we are seeking customer focused, confident and professional candidates to be the first point of call for all our clients as well as first class administrative and customer support. Ideally, applicants must demonstrate previous experience within a professional office environment and where advanced administrative and technical skills were utilised to support a large business operation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for all customer enquiries, phone or in person
  • Ensuring all visitors are managed professionally and in line with our company practices
  • Assisting all team members with all administrative related tasks
  • Managing the front desk environment and ensuring all corporate brand materials are available to clients
  • Setting appointments and arranging meetings
  • Managing all administrative support activities; stationery, couriers, mail, amenities, company vehicles, event rsvp's, food & beverage requirements
  • Detailed message taking and prompt response for all client enquiries
  • Internal communication to all staff
  • Managing the IT hardware and systems for all guest related services & meeting rooms
  • Travel & accommodation bookings for management
  • Maintaining the Company's Customer Service expectations and providing feedback for improvement and efficiency.

Highly Desirable:

  • Experience within the Property Industry (admin support to sales, property management, reception, management support)
  • Fluent in Mandarin (both written and verbal)
  • Intermediate to Advanced MS Office Skills
  • Proficiency in Property Databases / CRM
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Agents Representative Certificate (desirable)
  • Must have the Right to Work in Australia
