RentCover Underwriting Agency is Australia's foremost privately owned and operated Landlord Insurance provider. Our National Customer Services and Administration Office, located in Melbourne, provide a centralised office for client relations Australia wide.
Your Opportunity
An opportunity has arisen for an Administration assistant to join the RentCover Division in delivering efficient day to day office support to our Melbourne office.
This is a fast paced, permanent full-time role which will require high level administration and time management skills.
This position would suit someone who is keen to kick-start their admin career or further develop their existing admin experience. People describe you as an approachable individual who is extremely helpful and displays a positive can-do attitude.
Reporting to the Administration Manager, key duties will include:
- Assist with preparing and conducting monthly insurance renewal policies
- Liaise and service the relationship and sales team
- Assist with database recording, archiving and electronic filing
- General office administration duties including word processing, inventory checking and providing general support
Your Experience
The successful candidate will have:
- The ability to self-motivate, be resilient and reliable with a positive attitude towards achieving individual and team goals
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Word
- Extensive Excel knowledge (minimum skill level intermediate)
- Previous data entry experience
- Willingness to learn/undergo training
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Possess excellent organisational skills and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Enjoy working in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
