An immediate opportunity for a Service Bookings Consultant working alongside a team at our clients prestige dealership in Alexandria.
Your new role will be primarily be focused on booking clientele and their vehicles in for service, along with responding to Service customer queries.
This is a permanent part-time role working 3 days of your choice, 7.00am - 4.00pm, 8.00am - 5.00pm, 9.00am - 6.00pm.
Your new role will include:
- Responding to all incoming calls and queries
- booking clients in for service repairs and confirming warranty
- Administration and data entry
- Re-booking clients for service
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Minimum of 1 - 2 years experience in a corporate or customer service phone based role
(automotive preferred but not essential) - Demonstrated administration and data entry experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Great team player
- A passion for customer service
