This Personal Assistant position is supporting 3 Senior Directors of a very successful global business.

Description

The role of Personal Assistant will include but not be limited to the following duties:

  • Acts as front-line contact for, and provide high quality, effective administrative services for the 3 Senior Directors
  • Diary management, including corresponding on behalf of the Directors
  • Prepares draft correspondence, communications, presentations, reports, briefing papers etc.
  • Organise internal and external meetings, being sensitive to time zones.
  • Travel arrangements, including accommodation, local transport. This is extensive for all Directors
  • Manages expense claims
  • Client functions and events, venue preparation, invites, catering
  • Reporting - collating board papers, finalising action points
  • Work together with the other EA’s within the business to continue to develop and improve processes
  • Office Management duties - ordering stationary etc
  • Reception cover when required
  • Ad hoc administration work

Profile

For this role of Personal Assistant my client is looking for the following qualities:

  • A background in a similar PA/EA position
  • Exposure to supporting at this level
  • High proficiency of PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
  • High level planning and organisation skills, business acumen
  • Ability to build strong relationships and work in a team
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise work, strong time management skills
  • Confident, self-motivated with the ability to show initiative
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, time management skills
