Hicon Building are a Cronulla based commercial construction and fit out company.

As a Contract Administrator/Junior Estimator, you will be responsible for managing the administration of contracts for our Construction projects and be involved with the development of our tender bids.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to

·         Estimating and Tendering management

·         Sourcing supplier and sub-contractor quotes and availability

·         Negotiate and review subcontractor agreements

·         Preparing documents for subcontractors and issuing contracts

·         Monitoring all financial aspects of the contract to ensure projects run to budget

·         Administering the project in a timely manner

·         Prepare and manage variations

·         Liaise with clients and subcontractors

·         Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings and safety documents

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Relevant qualifications or experience in a similar role
• Extensive knowledge, understanding and experience of tender and contract management and administration
• Must be an Australian resident
• Competency in using Microsoft Office programs
