We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Administrator to join our busy team. This position will be covering annual leave for a 6-8 week period starting the first week of August.

Responsible for

  • Support the Sales team (administrative duties, record keeping and filing) Communication with customers and KCMs including general office administration and support. Respond to telephone enquiries and take appropriate actions.
  • Open and close internal and external BPCS service jobs,
  • Contract administration including SAP data entry, Stocktake query run from BPCS, contract reporting and Invoicing. Run Goods in Transit reports, Maintain WIP. Perform other duties as directed by the Customer Service Manager subject to appropriate training and capability.
  • Purchasing administration including: - GIM branch resupply, Local product purchasing, Raise purchase orders and receipting of goods in E purchase, E-Payables – matching invoices to Purchase Orders for payment.
  • Perform required SHEQ duties

Requirements

  • High level of computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite)
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in a similar administration role
