This is an exciting opportunity for an administration assistant with experience in procurement and inventory duties. The role is with an established Not-For-Profit organisation and position will involve working closely with the corporate services team in order to support the infrastructure functions of the organisation. This include fleet management, leasing, assets and procurement.

Description
As an administration assistant, key duties and responsibilities will include the following:
- Provide a high level of administrative support to the procurement activities of the organisation including processing purchase orders and requisitions, shipment deliveries and
- Returns, maintaining the Contract Management Register and contract files.
- Provide support to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables as required.
- Assisting with data entry, inventory and maintenance of related files.
- Provide assistance with the coordination of fleet management activities including title procurement and obtaining registrations, insurances, licensing for all company vehicles.
- Troubleshoot any assigned problems with purchase order deliveries and resolve relevant disputes.
- Other appropriate duties as directed.
Profile
The successful candidate will possess:
- Advanced computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing deadlines
- Experience in coordinating Fleet Management Tasks
- Demonstrated high level administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Drivers Licence
Desirable
- Experience with purchase order administration would be advantageous
- Knowledge of the NSW mental health system
