Sonder supports primary health by providing support to General Practice and allied health professionals and has a long reputable history of improving health outcomes across both metropolitan Adelaide and the Gawler-Barossa region. Our aim is to improve the health and wellbeing of the northern community by coordinating and integrating health and community services and by working in partnership to identify local needs and create strategies in response.

Community Health Project Officer – up to Full-Time
The Community Health Project Officer will work in our dynamic, multi-disciplinary and growing community health team to contribute to the development of an online service directory that helps individuals living within the Gawler, Barossa and Yorke Peninsula regions (and surrounding districts) find health services to meet their individual needs and requirements. The role will include mapping of relevant services in each region and implement a local community awareness and promotional strategy.
