A Perth Accounting firm is seeking a Senior Client Services Coordinator for a full time permanent position. 

The Role

• Collating tax returns and financial statements for Companies, Trusts, Superfunds and Individuals using APS Tax Manager & Class Super online.
• Publishing tax returns and financial statements via Virtual Cabinet
• Printing and binding finalized collations for clients
• Returning client records
• Assisting clients using software
• Handling ATO correspondence
• Collation and preparation of electronic work papers  
• Fee preparation
• Enter disbursements (including Xero subscriptions)
• Distribution minutes - preparation and follow up signed minutes
• Liaising with clients and the team of accountants regularly requesting additional information or general queries
• Perform administrative duties as required such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, collating and binding, answering telephone calls, meeting & greeting clients, preparation of boardroom
• General office management/administration duties 

Skills/Experience Required:

• Ideally 3+ years within a CSC/CSO/Office Management role
• Experience within the accounting industry is HIGHLY beneficial
• Desire to progress your career
• Excellent communication skills
• Organised and methodical
• Able to learn IT systems and software quickly
• Any knowledge of accounting software highly regarded
