Work for a specialist, global software vendor that works with some of Australia's largest and most respected commercial property companies. This company develops property management software solutions and requires a Project Administrator to assist the projects team in delivering implementations and enhancements of their software.

Responsibilities

• To assist, guide and provide support the professional services team 
• Develop, analyse and execute regular reports on program snapshots and performance
• Provide administrative support, in tracking and reporting progress and performance of one or more projects
• Ensure timesheets are logged correctly and on time
• Manage Sharepoint project tools and resources
• Assist with project resource planning and project forecasts
• Assist with project administration activities for larger projects
• Assist with new hire induction and orientation
• Attend meetings and prepare minutes, follow up action items
• Assist with organizing internal training, including internal program and departmental conference

Requirements

• Ideally 2-3 years in project administration or a similar role
• Strong CRM and MS Excel knowledge 
• Energetic, dynamic and professional demeanour
• Ability to organise and manage multiple tasks
