This is a rare opportunity to be part of our unique brand and culture.

Reporting to and assisting the Executive Officer (EO) at our Head office (currently at Belrose), you will also provide comprehensive administrative support to our CEO and the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and be the critical point of contact for external and internal stakeholders.

As a highly organized and articulate communicator, you will embrace this newly created role and be willing to take on new and exciting challenges to ensure the CEO, ELT and EO are appropriately supported across all dimensions of their roles. You will have excellent time management and planning skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy using your initiative to problem solve. You will be personable and exercise discretion, judgement and confidentiality at all times.

You will be advanced in Microsoft Office 365, including Power Point and Excel, and Outlook

Core responsibilities of the role include:

  • Ensure the CEO and Head Office based ELT are appropriately supported across all dimensions of their roles.
  • Be a point of contact for the Board and Executive Leadership Team members.
  • Carry out all required administrative and secretarial tasks required of an Administration Assistant skilfully and efficiently and in alignment with business KPIs.
  • Proactively coordinate Board and ELT activities, meetings and events.
  • Ensure the office of the CEO presents a professional, friendly and informed face for external and internal stakeholders at all times.

Requirements for this role:

Essential:

  • At least three years' experience providing high level administrative support.
  • Professional presentation and superior interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Strong administrative, time management and organisational skills.
  • Advanced user computer literacy, capability in using varied office systems and technology.
  • Willingness to work additional hours if required to complete tasks outlined in the PD.

Desirable:

Certificate 4 or Diploma in Administration or Business.
