This is an exciting opportunity for the right person, looking to have an impact on a growing division and to play an integral role in the delivery of services of several key accounts based from our office in South Melbourne.

The divisions service provision includes but is not limited to; health assessments, executive medicine services, flu and travel vaccinations, skin checks, onsite medical consultations, injury prevention programs, health promotion, health education workshops, telehealth, health coaching, physical activity programs and emotional health services.

The Contract Administrator, reporting to the Contract Manager, will be responsible for the logistics and operations preparation of several Occupational Health and Wellbeing Contracts, maintaining positive relationships with our customers and our operational staff.
Core duties include, but are not limited to:
- Planning, scheduling and reporting of service delivery in line with CHM process and procedures
The successful candidate will possess the following desired skills:
- Strong administrative skills
- Highly organised
- High level of attention to detail
- Capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
Desired but not essential
- Commend of medical terminology
- Past experience in health service delivery industry
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
