We are seeking an exceptional, highly professional Executive Assistant, to support the School Principal. This career defining role will require you to perform at the highest standard, in a role integral to the wider success of the School. You will support the Principal with day to day Executive Assistance, as well as being a key liaison point for internal and external stakeholders.

Your duties will include: 

  • The highest level of Secretarial and Administrative support to the Principal
  • Traditional Executive support to the Principal, including extensive diary management, correspondence management and coordination of International and Domestic travel and accommodation
  • Acting as the key liaison between internal and external stakeholders, including Staff, Students, Parents and Alumni
  • The preparation and distribution of Board Reports
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, including Agenda’s, minutes and action points
  • Oversee an efficient working environment of all administration, including Archiving, filing and reporting
  • Prepare presentations on behalf of the Principal
  • Liaise with Board members on behalf of the Principal

  
 As the ideal candidate, you will: 

  • Be polished and highly refined in terms of presentation
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills; the intrinsic ability to build rapport with people from all walks of life and at any level
  • Have a flexible, fluid approach to work; be resilient in the face of deadlines and changing priorities
  • Be self-directed and manage your time and workload, whilst ensuring the Principal’s time is utilized effectively
  • The ability to develop and retain effective working relationships, in person and remotely
  • Advanced technical skills; you will be a proven advanced user of the MS Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel and will have proven experience of working with OneNote
  • A professional, diligent approach and an unwavering commitment to delivering the best
  • Intrinsically understand the need for the highest order of confidentiality
  • Represent the School with professional, polish and pride
