As an Executive Assistant and Centre Manager, your impact will be seen by supporting two Partners in PwC's The Difference and managing our innovative collaboration centre, working with our teams and managing stakeholders, in a creative client space within the PwC office, where ideas come to life.
 
Working in close partnership with our leaders, you will:
  • Utilise your excellent organisation, prioritisation, and forward planning skills, while providing first class business support. Your proactive attitude will ensure you quickly develop trusting working relationships with the centre leaders, teams and their clients.
  • Manage the partners' complex diaries, emails and travel both local and international
  • Take a lead in the development of team culture, wellness and health and support Centre Leads with the weekly team meeting rhythm
  • Assist with the smooth running of client meetings, field and direct new client opportunities and enquiries.
  • Provide centre introduction and environmental training for new starters.
  • Provide event support including logistics, catering, materials, and processing of centre and event related invoices, ensuring they are approved in a timely manner
  • Manage the smooth running and curation of the centre including centre calendar, centre budget, inventory management and liaise with facilities to ensure regular maintenance of the centre.
About you
You have a solid EA background and track record of providing exceptional support. You are capable of making sound judgement and quick decisions leveraging your strong business acumen and problem solving skills. You're passionate about building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
