This resources organisation produce, manage and maintain products used all across Australia and exported throughout the world.
The need has arisen for an enthusiastic Senior Office Administrator for their Melbourne office.
In this standalone position you will report directly to the CEO but will provide generalist administration support to the entire executive team and ensure the smooth running of the office.
Your duties will include assisting the HR Manager with on boarding, exit interviews and creating contracts and HR documents as needed. You will also support the Sales & Marketing team with contract generation and assisting with all relevant documentation lodgements.
To be successful in this role you’ll be a highly skilled all round Office Administrator. You will have supported numerous teams and individuals simultaneously. You will be a high achiever who thinks outside the square. Your proactive nature will mean you become an integral part of the business.
