We are a Unified Value Distributor, servicing the ANZ IT Channel with IT Security, Networking, Unified Communications and Storage products and solutions.
We are looking for someone to fill a busy role as part of our order admin team; processing customer orders, purchasing from suppliers, and communicating internally and externally to keep everyone up to date. We need a motivated person with high attention to detail.
You must have:
• Outstanding attention to detail
• The capacity to learn new things
• The ability to understand complex transactional procedures
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• A proactive, accountable approach to fixing problems
• The ability to manage a consistent workload
• The ability to work well as part of a team from a shared pool of tasks and emails
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Very good experience with MS Outlook
• Total fluency in English language
Nice to have (but not required):
• Experience in distribution and/or IT
• Experience with NetSuite cloud suite
• Previous role in Order Entry/Processing
