Client Services Coordinator - Administration Position Available In Our Growing Accounting and Financial Advisory Firm.

You’re organised. You’re efficient. You love admin work. And you love helping people.

You’re a quick learner, great on a computer and excellent on the phone too. You like dealing with people, just as much as you love churning through a big To Do List each day to feel the accomplishment of a job well done.

You pride yourself on your productivity. You don’t like to waste time or energy. You like finding the most efficient way to do something.

You’re brilliant with your own time management and staying on top of a dynamic, constantly changing To Do List. Whereas many people find that daunting, you thrive on it.

You may have worked in the admin and support team within an accounting firm before. Maybe not. Either way, you understand terminology like ATO, BAS, ELS, WIP and other accounting industry jargon.

You’re great with routine and attention to detail. You like to follow through to completion on every task. You’re mature, take responsibility for your performance and know how to show initiative and make things happen without being ‘spoon fed’ every step of the way.

If you see something that needs to be done, you do it. “That’s not my job,” is not a phrase you use or think. You look for opportunities to help. You don’t wait to be told.

You’re not afraid to speak up and make suggestions where you can see better ways of doing things, and at the same time, you like sticking to systems and procedures that are working well.

You’re punctual, reliable, thorough. You understand that where accounting, tax and finances are concerned, details matter, big time. You know that one small error (like a decimal point!) can make a huge difference.

You like being part of a team and you like variety. You don’t mind being the ‘go to’ hub for a team of people, where you assist them by taking off their plate tasks you can fly through and get done. You like winning. And you like being part of a winning team. You’re used to being held accountable for your performance and results, and you take feedback in your stride, positive and negative.
