We have an exciting opportunity to join the team at Croft Wootton Construction.

We are a Commercial and Domestic Builder located on the Mornington Peninsula. Due to our continued growth we need someone to fill the position of officer administrator.

The position is a casual role of 15 to 20 hours per week. Ideally these hours would be spread over 4 to 5 half-days.

 

Duties will include:

  • Phone reception
  • Email inquiries
  • Bill payments and data entry
  • Scanning, filing and copying
  • Upkeep of our social media
  • Entry-level marketing
  • Upkeep of office amenities supplies

 

Required Skills:

  • Computer literacy (Competent using Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organised
  • Team oriented
  • Willingness to take on a variety of tasks
  • Ability to work under one’s own initiative

 

Any previous experience in office administration, bookkeeping or the construction industry will be looked upon favourably.
